I really, really, really wanted to like this book. It was interesting, and there were a couple of chuckles on my part, but it seemed that there wasn't anything really new or raw about the book. I guess that while maybe Carrie poured out her heart in this book, I have to say that I think she was more deep than what she wrote. I respect her disgust of being the iconic bagel-haired Leia, and I love that she and her mother and daughter were so close, but that's about all I got out of the book. I'm sure her others may have been different, so I may give them a try. I still love her, though, despite this book.
