I'm conflicted. There is a difficult problem going on where Audrey has encountered something traumatic at school and her anxiety causes her to not be able to go back. I do love how she calls her brain the "lizard brain" where it isn't fight, it isn't flight, it's more of an "ahhh!" Also, her therapist makes it a point to remind Audrey that while there are successes, they aren't always linear- they are up and down. I also liked the humorous side of things- her mother is fairly extreme, her father is fairly absent, and her brother is fairly smart-alecky (but, as Audrey says, it is great skill for lawyers.)
But it was all wrapped up in a bow. A boy comes into her life and pretty much seems to be the main driving force of her getting better. The actual anxiety problem seems simplified. And the cure seemed to be, well, a cure. I'm no expert, but I thought it was more of a process and skills. I could be completely wrong, but it just seems to easy.
