I think this book is an exceptional book for any parent- whether or not you have an outside-the-box child or the typical normal child. With a strong emphasis on giving all authority to God in every circumstance, with patience and acceptance and even embracing each child's differences, we see an example of how to deal with struggles. In no way did this book claim to have all the answers, or even did it lecture.
