This was a gooey, oh so romantic book that as a middle aged woman I thought was campy, but as a high school librarian, I thought it was perfect for those who are looking for the gooey, oh so romantic books. A young girl who loves to draw anatomical pictures finds a young man who loves to "tag" but in a very creative artistic way. She has an overworked mother, he has a very important father. She has no feelings for her father, he has a secret about another member of his family. And so the story unfolds.
The good parts I give kudos for: There was no on again/off again between their love. Awww.
The parts I am taking kudos back for: weird interjections of drama like her father, or how everything wrapped up in a little bow. Again, if you are above 45, I wouldn't suggest this book. Anything younger, eh, your call.
