I was hoping for more, but it was just like The Other Einstein. I appreciated the fact that it brought to light some things I had no idea about Hedy Lamarr. In fact, I liked reading about her first marriage, but it kind of seemed to speed up at the end to get all the information. If the premise of the book was about how Hedy Lamarr redesigned torpedoes in WWII, then I would have expected more about that. But like I said, I was more intrigued about her role as the Austrian wife. It was ok, but I would describe it more of a fiction than research-based fiction.
